Terms & Conditions of Sale

Product Availability
All products are offered for sale on the basis of while stocks last. In the case if a product is labeled an "Ïndent Item", the item will only be available in 2 to 4 weeks from the time the order is received and processed.

Payment
A buyer must pay for an order through PayPal or cash on delivery (COD) when ordering. If the issuer does not authorize the transaction, or later revokes authorization for the transaction, Kitchen Story may cancel the order.
 
Pricing Errors
If a product for any reasons appears on the website at the wrong price, Kitchen Story may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment charged. Kitchen Story will notify the buyer and issue a refund in the amount of the wrong price.
 
Delivery
All order delivered by Kitchen Story or its appointed agent must be received by a person of legal age (18 years and above accordingly to Singapore Law) at the time of delivery. Re-deliveries due to incorrect address and/or other reasons may be subjected to a delivery charge of $20 (Singapore dollars) unless otherwise arranged between Kitchen Story and Buyer on a case by case basis.
 
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
 
Cancellations
Any cancellations of order by the buyer (other than if there's any delay or out of stock) after the payment has been processed and charged, the buyer will be levied a cancellation fee of $5 (Singapore dollars) to be deducted from the amount due back to the buyer. Kitchen Story will have the sole discretion to waive or charge this fee on a case by case basis.

Returns
Where any product is to be returned, the buyer is liable to keep the product in a safe and proper manner and take reasonable care of it until returning to Kitchen Story. All products should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage.
 
Force Majeure
Kitchen Story is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify the buyer of any delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, Kitchen Story may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
