Shipping / Delivery
At Kitchen Story, we strive to process and deliver your order** within 4 working days unless otherwise arrange individually within Singapore. Our delivery schedule is planned as follows:
- Monday to Friday - 7.30pm to 10pm
- Sat - 12pm to 5pm
There will be no delivery on Sunday & Pubic Holidays and delivery timings are subjected to change without prior notice.
**Free delivery for orders above $250. All orders below $250, self collect at designated point or a delivery charge of $25 is applicable (No delivery to Sentosa,Tuas and Jurong Island).
For Self Collection, all order can be collected at the following location:
- 71 Marine Drive (Pick-up / Drop off point).
- Time & Day: Arrange on a case by case basis
Prior arrangement required before collection (after a confirmation email sent to inform you that item is ready for collection).
All overseas order, please check with us prior to making your order for shipping charges and information
