The most classic of the hand-operated pasta machines. It produces dough in various thicknesses and in three widths, Fettuccine and Tagliolini can be obtained using the cutting rollers. The opening between the flat rollers is controlled by a Numbered Regulating Knob with 9 positions (from 2,5 mm to 0,3 mm).
